At Something Blue we want to make sure that you absolutely love your product. If you have received something that you are not in love with please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to discuss a refund (no refunds will be given without prior approval).

What We Don't Offer Returns On

Due to the nature of the following products we don't offer refunds on any of the following*:

  • opened products
  • food or candy items
  • coloured decorations such as pom poms, candles, etc.
  • custom ordered items that have been personalized specifically for you
  • Finally, due to the heat of the summer, any candle orders that have shipped via ground mail in the summer months (May 1st – September 1st) are not eligible for refunds
